COVID-19 Updates

Your safety is our top priority here at Curry College Dining Services. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 guidelines directed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, federal, state and local officials to make sure we are bringing you the most up-to-date information as we continue to navigate through the pandemic. Our team has worked diligently to implement robust policies and procedures aimed at keeping the entire Curry College Community safe while on campus and in our dining locations. ·      Mandatory self-monitoring and reporting of symptoms by all employees
·      Testing of all employees throughout the semester
·      6’ physically distanced work stations in our kitchen and prep areas
·      Face coverings and gloves worn by all team members
·      Added team members to assist with enhanced cleaning procedures and service
·      Enhanced hand-washing procedures for all team members
·      Maximum capacities established for all serving areas
·      Tables at dining locations removed or spaced apart for social distancing
·      Plexi-glass partitions installed at all counters and pickup locations
·      Single points of entry and exit at all dining locations
·      Directional signs installed for customer traffic flow
·      Clearly marked floor signs to help keep guests 6’ apart
·      Contactless payment is available at all dining locations with Bite (Bite Pay, Meal Swipes, Flex Points and Colonel Cash), Apple Wallet, Google Pay and Samsung Pay
·      Mobile ordering for The Dining Marketplace and Hafer Resident Dining Annex through the Bite app. Please register for your account at bite.sodexo.com prior to coming to campus
·      Mobile ordering for Learning Commons Café and Late Night Dining through GET Food in your myCurry app
·      Menus with complete nutritional information are available on both Bite and our website so you can plan your meal ahead of time
·      Face coverings are required at all dining locations
·      All meals will be served in disposable single-use containers
·      All self-serve stations around campus now operated by an attendant
·      All condiments will be provided in individual packets
·      You can use up to 4 meal swipes per day to allow for “purchasing” multiple meals at once
·      Resident Meal Swipes will be redeemable at The Dining Marketplace, Hafer Resident Dining Annex, Kennedy Café, Smart Market Café and Suites Remote Dining location.
·      A Resident Meal swipe will include 1 entrée selection, 3 side selections and a beverage
·      Outside of The Dining Marketplace and Hafer Resident Dining Annex, all entrees will be cold and pre-packaged or microwaveable. Designated packaged side selections and beverages are included in the Resident Meal swipe and are clearly identified
·      If you require any special dietary accommodations due to food allergies, food intolerances or specific medical conditions, please contact Jeremiah Rex in the Curry Office of Disability Services prior to returning to campus. Once you register, Jeremiah and members of the dining services team will communicate directly with you regarding the new protocols and procedures in place for accommodating special dietary needs including a new process for ordering and picking up individually prepared meals
